I'm a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 25 years across bedside care, complex clinical practice, healthcare operations, and executive leadership.

I started Frost Clinical Advisory in the wellness lane, but like every chapter before it, I kept landing in the complex lane. That's where I do my best work, so I turned that same eye to the business side of healthcare, where I can help on a larger scale.

​Like those I serve, I value a good vacation. Travel, sailing, scuba, photography, and beautiful food and places always send me back to my practice with something new. I want that same freedom for every clinic I work with.

I have always been curious and drawn to complexity. Over time, I realized that highly capable people were spending enormous amounts of their own time trying to navigate a healthcare system I had spent my career learning to understand.
